INTRAWARE SIGNS SUBSCRIBENET SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH UNISYS CORPORATION

ORINDA, Calif., September 10, 2007 – Intraware®, Inc., [NASDAQ: ITRA], the leading provider of on-demand digital asset and entitlement management solutions, today announced that Unisys Corporation [NYSE: UIS], a worldwide information technology services and solutions company, has signed a multi-year agreement to use Intraware SubscribeNet® Software Manager, License Manager, and Evaluation Manager services.

Unisys intends to use the SubscribeNet solution to enable authorized users on Unisys enterprise server computers to download software and coordinate license renewal options. In addition, Unisys customers can manage access keys and image enablers as well as take advantage of “try-before-you-buy” options.
