INTRAWARE SIGNS SUBSCRIBENET SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BORLAND SOFTWARE CORPORATION

ORINDA, Calif., - December 20, 2006 - Intraware®, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], the leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions for enterprise technology companies, today announced that Borland Software Corporation has signed a multi-year agreement to implement and use the Intraware SubscribeNet® service.

Under the terms of the agreement, Borland, a global leader in application lifecycle management (ALM), will use SubscribeNet License Manager for the delivery of software product activation keys and to offer customers continuous access to software assets through a single and secure online platform. The company will also implement the Intraware SubscribeNet Evaluation Manager to offer customers a try-before-you-buy service designed to accelerate the sales process and minimize marketing costs. In addition, Intraware will provide localized services offered in multiple languages.
