INTRAWARE SECURES FOUR NEW SUBSCRIBENET CUSTOMERS IN ITS FISCAL THIRD QUARTER

ORINDA, Calif., - December 5, 2006 - Intraware®, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], the leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions for enterprise technology companies, today announced that it signed SubscribeNet® service agreements with four leading technology providers during its fiscal third quarter (ending November 30, 2006). These new customers represent a diverse group - including leaders in network solutions, global digital entertainment and software lifecyle management. Two of these customers signed agreements to use the SubscribeNet License Manager solution, a hosted service that enables authorized end users to generate and re-host licenses in a self-serve, controlled manner, 24x7x365. One of the new customers is using Intraware's Digital Fastball service to transfer files between end users and their technical support group. Digital Fastball is Intraware's new electronic software delivery service that is targeted at individual consumers and the small and medium business market.
