INTRAWARE SIGNS SUBSCRIBENET SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH ELSEVIER MDL

ORINDA, Calif., - October 18, 2006 - Intraware®, Inc. Elsevier MDL will use SubscribeNet Software Manager to support the electronic delivery of software applications and large databases to the pharmaceutical industry.
