INTRAWARE ANNOUNCES ENHANCEMENTS TO SUBSCRIBENET® SERVICES

ORINDA, Calif., - August 14, 2006 - Intraware®, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], a leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions today announced enhancements to its SubscribeNet® service that include more robust functionality and regulatory compliance for enterprise software publishers. In addition to scheduled enhancements, many of the improvements are based upon customer feedback gathered at Intraware's annual SubscribeNet User Conference.

Enhancements made to the service include a number of features to make it even easier for software publishers and other content producers to manage their products through the service, as well as improved usability for end users.

New management features make it even easier for software publishers to manage their downloadable images as well as their entitlement and orders. These enhancements are the results of a continuous improvement process through which Intraware's customers help optimize the SubscribeNet service to meet their real operational issues and concerns. Enhancements have also been made to SubscribeNet to improve web site accessibility for visually impaired persons. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act defines accessibility standards for electronic and information technology for individuals with disabilities. Intraware has modified SubscribeNet to meet those standards and has received certification from an independent, 3rd party auditor.
