INTRAWARE ACHIEVES ONE MILLION END-USER MILESTONE

ORINDA, Calif. - June 22, 2006 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], a leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management services, announced today that it has passed the one million end-user milestone for SubscribeNet® (patent pending), Intraware's digital goods management and delivery platform.

SubscribeNet has also created over two million entitlements and nearly five hundred thousand license keys. The average file size on the SubscribeNet service continues to grow, and more than 40 percent of all download activity continues to occur outside of North America.
