INTRAWARE TO PROVIDE SUBSCRIBENET KEY DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO IBM

ORINDA, Calif. - June 12, 2006 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], a provider of digital delivery and management services, today announced that IBM has chosen Intraware's SubscribeNet (patent pending) license key management service.

SubscribeNet's online license key delivery and management service can provide IBM customers greater visibility and control over the license keys for software from IBM Information Integration Solutions, and help them generate, track and manage their license keys throughout their organizations using a common interface and secure authentication.

Equally important, SubscribeNet License Management provides software publisher customers with the tools to manage their entire licensing lifecycle. A single web interface enables the end user to download software and generate all electronic licenses required to activate and run a new product purchase. As new versions of the product are made available, the end user returns to the same web interface to download software updates and generate new licenses. The License Management module also allows users to return or re-host electronic licenses that have been previously generated. User activity is captured and readily available to the software publisher through license compliance reporting.
