BUSINESS OBJECTS EXTENDS AGREEMENT FOR THE INTRAWARE SUBSCRIBENET SERVICE

ORINDA, Calif. - March 6, 2006 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], the leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions, today announced that it signed an expanded agreement with Business Objects, the world's leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions.

Based on this renewal, Business Objects customers worldwide will continue to benefit from SubscribeNet® electronic software distribution services to help them maximize the value of their Business Objects software assets. This includes Web access to a personalized and secure software archive and updates, proactive email notifications, and the ability to track updates and downloads across their organization. Business Objects will also continue to benefit from access to the SubscribeNet service's flexible, real-time administration functionality, including granular subscription management and automated regulatory compliance features.

Business Objects recently launched BusinessObjects™ XI Release 2, the latest version of its business intelligence platform, which provides customers significant enhancements and new capabilities around simplicity for end users, trusted information, and the ability standardize on a single BI platform. Due to the magnitude of the migration, Business Objects selected Intraware to electronically distribute updates to over 20,000 customers globally.
