INTRAWARE AND INOVIS RENEW AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

ORINDA, Calif. - January 9, 2006 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], a leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions, today announced that long-term customer Inovis has renewed its agreement for Intraware's SubscribeNet services for an additional two years.

Through the extended agreement, Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, will continue to use Intraware's electronic software delivery services to facilitate their product release, software delivery and key business processes. In addition, the SubscribeNet service renewal will enable Inovis to expand electronic delivery of more product offerings, including the BizManager suite of solutions, as its customers see the value of accessing their licenses and software at anytime. Inovis customers, who span a range of industries, including automotive, electronics and retail, will continue to benefit from SubscribeNet tools to maximize the value of their Inovis software assets, including Web access to a personalized and secure archive of all entitled Inovis software and updates, proactive email notification, and the ability to monitor and track updates and downloads across their organization.
