INTRAWARE SIGNS SUBSCRIBENET SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH SSA GLOBAL

SSA Global will continue to support E.piphany customers as well as expand to support SSA Global customer base

ORINDA, Calif. - January 3, 2006 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], the leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions for enterprise technology companies, today announced that SSA Global, a leading provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, has signed a multi year agreement to use the Intraware SubscribeNet® service. SSA Global will utilize SubscribeNet to centralize and optimize customer software and license delivery and management needs.

SSA Global has used a mixture of physical shipment methods and FTP based services to distribute new orders, upgrades, patches and fixes to new and existing customers. Together, Intraware and SSA Global will implement a platform that allows for real time proactive order and update emails that drive end users to SSA Global's customer support website. There, customers will be able to automatically download the latest software releases or obtain their license keys. There will also be the option for customers who still require physical media to order it from within this site.

The combined solution will reduce costs for SSA Global, increase customer satisfaction and support regulatory control and process throughout the manufacturing and distribution processes.
