[NASDAQ: ITRAD], the leading provider of digital delivery and management services, today announced that the company renewed its technology agreement with Plumtree Software, which provides enterprise solutions for organizations to create portals, communities and composite applications. The renewal of this technology agreement allows Plumtree to continue utilizing Intraware's SubscribeNet® services for an additional twelve month period.

The technology agreement with Intraware enables Plumtree customers to continue benefiting from a variety of SubscribeNet® service tools to help them maximize the value of their Plumtree software assets. These service tools include immediate 24/7 Web access to a personalized and secure archive of Plumtree software products and updates, proactive email notifications of new software releases, and the ability to track software updates and downloads across an organization. SubscribeNet's download service helps Plumtree customers, partners and employees support advanced user needs and improve business processes within their portal deployment.
