INTRAWARE EXTENDS AGREEMENT WITH EPIPHANY FOR THE SUBSCRIBENET SERVICE
ORINDA, Calif. - March 2, 2005 - Intraware, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRA], today announced that Epiphany, Inc. a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for consumer-oriented businesses, has renewed its contract for the Intraware SubscribeNet® electronic software delivery and management (ESDM) service. An Intraware customer since 2000, Epiphany will add additional ESDM functionality to further enhance delivery across its reseller channels for increased customer satisfaction and reduced distribution costs.
Based on this renewal, Epiphany customers-who include customers in over 40 countries worldwide and nearly 35 percent of the Fortune 100-will continue to benefit from a variety of SubscribeNet self-service tools to help them maximize the value of their Epiphany® software assets. This includes 24/7 Web access to a personalized archive of all entitled Epiphany software and associated licenses, proactive email notifications, and the ability to track updates across their organization. Epiphany will also continue to benefit from access to flexible, real-time administrative functionality, including granular entitlement management and extensive reporting capabilities that enable technology companies to improve efficiencies and reduce the costs of software and license delivery across all sales channels.
