Preferred Rights Management Partner Program

The Intraware Preferred Rights Management Partner Program is a vehicle by which we engage with third party companies on joint business initiatives involving digital rights management (DRM) and license management. This Partner Program provides Members with a route to a hosted delivery and management mechanism for their DRM and/or license technology, enabling them to reach a broader market for that DRM and/or licensing solution. Members also get to utilize Intraware's position in the marketplace for joint marketing and sales opportunities.

Intraware will provide technical and business development support related to the development and sales of those products and/or services that operate in conjunction with SubscribeNet License Manager. The Program is open to companies who offer licensing and/or DRM technologies that are complimentary to Intraware's SubscribeNet License Manager and wish to offer those technologies in a hosted/Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. As a member of the Preferred Rights Management Partner Program, partner companies are entitled to receive the following benefits:

• Access to technical information on SubscribeNet License Manager
• Access to SubscribeNet License Manager interface documentation
• Intraware will promote member and include logo in Intraware sales presentations
• Intraware to produce joint customer success story/testimonial where applicable
• Intraware to provide company listing and profile on Intraware website and link to Member's website
• Intraware to provide opportunity to participate in, sponsor, and attend Intraware events
